Domain, hosting and AI API usage are billed separately. Optional monthly support from €99. Where your data is processed is agreed per project, with EU options available. Our chatbots tell users they are talking to an AI, as the EU AI Act requires.
Frequently asked questions
Can the AI agent talk to customers in Latvian, Russian and English?
Yes. We set agents up to answer in the customer’s language, whether Latvian, Russian or English, and to hand the conversation to a person when needed. Before launch we test the answers in your languages together with you.
How much does a chatbot or a website cost?
A starter chatbot starts at €290, an AI agent at €990, a website at €790 and process automation at €1,500 (excluding VAT). We fix the final price in writing once we understand your task.
How long does a project take?
A starter chatbot can usually go live in about 5 working days. For larger projects we put the deadline in the proposal before work starts.
Are the solutions GDPR compliant?
We build them with GDPR in mind: we collect only the data needed, tell users they are talking to an AI, and sign a data processing agreement on request. Where data is processed is agreed per project.
Which tools do you use: n8n, Make, Zapier?
We pick the simplest tool for the job: n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code. When the project is handed over you get documentation and access to your own accounts.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You describe the task in plain words and we take care of the rest, including launch and training.
